The Black Liberated Arts Center, Inc. presents the 23rd annual Charlie Christian International Music Festival July 30 through August 2 in OKC. Included will be a “Battle of the Bands” featuring two of the most accomplished bands in the region, a night of improvisational jazz with local talent, and a Jazz Explosion concert featuring nationally acclaimed jazz recording artist Kirk Whalum and Oklahoma's own Grady Nichols!
